I've seen so many wonderful blogs using paper cut-out techniques, I've decided to try it myself.



This drawing was done in pen and pastel.

Paper character came out great! By the way, illustrator Peter McCarthy wrote and illustrated a children's book entitled "Hondo & Fabian" I think you would love the way he went about rendering his characters. Kinda strikes a similar cord with yours.

love that guy with the guitar, he rocks!! haha the flying witches look sweet, n the boxer's tough (for a moment I thought that his chest hair was the head of another smaller rockstar character with arms outstretched, see it..??)
charcoal seems to be your much-loved medium... and you're right on, they're awesome!! keep scratching!! ;o)

All of them are very expressive. I loved the woman with the huge coat and the one made with pastel and pen because reminds me of Gardel (did I mention I am from Argentina?).
Great work.Awesome.
But judging for the date of your last update, I'm afraid we won't be able to see much more...
